Diane Robinson - CEO

Diane is responsible for all aspects of PSBC operations within the guidelines set by the Board of Directors. She oversees and is involved in all facets of the Society from strategic planning, finance and fundraising to support services and education, advocacy, and communications.

 

Lori Francisco - Associate Director

Lori is responsible for resource development and fundraising initiatives for the Society including community 3rd party events, sponsorships, donations and membership campaigns, budgeting, and communications.

 

Jennifer Foster - Director, Education and Support Programs

Jennifer's responsibilities include developing and implementing educational programs and support services for individuals with Parkinson's disease, their caregivers and healthcare professionals; developing collaborative relationships with community partners; and, delivering presentations to hospitals, seniors centres, home care agencies and residential care facilities.

 

Robbin Jeffereys - Information and Programs Manager
Robbin's role at PSBC includes responding to requests from around British Columbia from newly diagnosed individuals and others seeking information about Parkinson's Disease and the resources and options that may be available to them. She is also actively involved with our Vancouver support groups, education and awareness events and support program development. 
 

Kathy Van der Star - Community Outreach Coordinator, Interior
Kathy's responsibilities as the Community Outreach Coordinator include working with local support groups; presenting to and developing partnerships with local communities and healthcare professional organizations; and, coordinating regional Parkinson's meetings and conferences.
 

Betty Hum, Resource Development Manager

As the Resource Development Manager, Betty is responsible for the Society's major fundraising events, including An Affair to Remember gala, SuperWalk for Parkinson's, Just Giver for Parkinson's, and all third party community fundraisers.

 

Monica Chang - Resource and Communications Coordinator

Monica's role at PSBC includes processing memorial, in honour, and individual donations, as well as membership application and renewal.  She is also responsible for coordinating educational workshops, conferences, annual general meeting, Board meetings and prepares resources for conferences, health fairs and third party events.

 
Stacey Clarke - Information and Referrals Coordinator

Stacey is originally from Newfoundland. She has a Bachelor in Social Work from the University of Windsor, Ontario, and upon completing her degree, went to Goose Bay, Labrador to work as a Child Protection Social Worker.  Moving on from Labrador, Stacey came to Vancouver to work as a Child and Family Advocate and Mental Health Worker. In this role, she helped families develop life skills and assisted them with social and emotional needs. Stacey works on a part-time basis, Tuesday to Thursday each week.
