The wait is over - Aware in Care kits are now available to British Columbians for purchase! These kits are designed to protect, prepare and empower people with Parkinson's and their carepartners before, during and after a hospital visit. Aware in Care kits consist of: 

• A bag
• A hospital action plan
• A Parkinson's disease ID bracelet
• A medical alert card
• A medication form 
• A PD fact sheet 
• "I have PD" reminder slips 
• A magnet 
• A Thank You card 

For non-members, a kit costs $25 per unit (per household) + shipping and handling. Parkinson Society British Columbia members have access to a significant discount, so please contact us if you have not received your member promo code or if you would like to renew your your membership for the 2017 calendar year.
