Parkinson Society British Columbia (PSBC) recognizes that Parkinson's disease (PD) impacts not only the individual diagnosed but also their families, friends, and caregivers.
Losing a loved one is one of life's most challenging experiences, often accompanied by intense and overwhelming emotions. During this time, it's common to feel isolated and alone. Connecting with others who understand can be immensely helpful in navigating the grieving process.
To provide support and connection, we invite you to join our online group session dedicated to sharing experiences and coping with loss and grief. This workshop is tailored for those who have recently lost a loved one to Parkinson’s disease within the past two years. Led by social worker Elaine Book from the Pacific Parkinson's Research Centre, the session offers a supportive environment to find solace and understanding.
Please note that the webinar access link and teleconference numbers will be sent via email 24 hours before the session to those who register.
Registration for this event is now closed.
