Memorial Gifts
A memorial gift to Parkinson Society British Columbia (PSBC) is a thoughtful way to express the sense of loss when someone has passed.
Once your gift is received, PSBC will send a card to the family, and you will receive an official tax receipt.
If you would like to mail in your donation, you may do so by downloading our "In Memory" offline donation form (for gifts in memory of a loved one that has passed).
NOTE: Canada Revenue Agency guidelines state that charitable tax receipts can only be issued in the name of the donor. The name on the credit card used in this donation form is considered to be the donor.
Donations of $500 or more may be eligible for recognition in our Annual Report.
