Exercising with Nordic Poles Series
Nordic poles aren't just for walking! In this series, Mandy Shintani, Occupational Therapist and founder of Urban Poling Inc., leads us through fun and dynamic seated and standing exercises using Nordic poles. Using these specialized poles for exercise promotes an upright posture, support on both sides of your body, a ledge for core strengthening.
Please note that walking poles will be required for this exercise series. If you do not have walking poles and would like to purchase them, Urban Poling is offering a 15% discount for participants of this series.
