Community Talk, Vancouver
On January 28, join us in Vancouver for a talk with occupational therapists, Gina Fernandez and Karisa Teindl, from Enable OT. They’ll address the effects of anxiety and apathy on the willingness to exercise, and offer suggestions for overcoming these challenges. The session is family friendly (partners, siblings, children and friends welcome), and will include a dance component and opportunity for discussion.
