The Moving Forward, Together Conference offers a unique chance to promote your product or services to a highly targeted audience.

What time can I set up my exhibit?

Exhibitors must arrive and be completely set up between 6:00am and 8:00am on June 3, 2017.

Two entrances are available at the Minoru Foyer. The side entrance has larger doors.

More detailed instructions will be uploaded to this site in the coming weeks.

Where is my booth located?

You will be advised of your Booth Number by May 5, 2017.

A floor plan and other details will be uploaded to this site once it is available.

Is there parking available for Exhibitors?

Parking is available in the hotel parkade.

More details will be forthcoming.

How do I ship material to the hotel?

The hotel does not have storage space for crates, pallets or large shipments. Any materials to be sent to the hotel must arrive no earlier than 3 days prior to June 3, 2017. A handling and storage fee of $5 per box/item or $50 per pallet will be assessed. The mandatory handling and storage fee is retained by the hotel and is not a tip, gratuity or service charge for employees proving the handling services.

The hotel, nor Parkinson Society British Columbia, is not responsible for any loss or damage to materials sent to the hotel prior to June 3, 2017.

Do Exhibitor booths have electrical power?

Electrical services are $28.00 per table/day, and must be ordered by May 12, 2017.

What is the deadline for submitting the Certificate of Liability Insurance?

Promotional material for conference attendee welcome bags

Exhibitors have the opportunity to insert promotional material in 300 conference attendee welcome bags.

Should you wish to take advantage of this opportunity, please note the following deadlines:

  1. On or before May 1, 2017: You must notify us of your intention to provide promotional material. At this time, you must also provide a detailed description of the material.
  2. May 17, 2017: All promotional material must arrive at the location below by this date. No exceptions.
