  • Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older. If a winning ticket bears a minor’s name, the prize will be lawfully delivered on behalf of the minor to the minor’s parent, legal guardian or trustee.
  • Employees of Parkinson Society British Columbia (PSBC) and their members of the Board of Directors are NOT permitted to purchase raffle tickets.
  • A non-resident of British Columbia may purchase a ticket if the entire payment transaction takes place while the person is in British Columbia and if the ticket or a receipt is issued at that time.
  • Discounted tickets of 5 for $40 must be sold as indicated on the ticket. These tickets CANNOT be split and sold separately.
  • Single tickets 1 for $10 must be sold as indicated on the ticket and cannot be sold as discounted tickets.
  • Method of payments accepted for purchase of raffle tickets via Parkinson Society British Columbia: cash/credit card/money order/cheque.
  • Method of payments accepted for purchase of raffle tickets at Me-n-Ed’s restaurant locations and at the Me-n-Ed’s Charity Classic: cash/credit card/money order/Interac. Cheques are not accepted.
  • Method of payments accepted for purchase of raffle tickets at the other events/locations of sale: cash and credit card.
  • Winner does not have to be present at the draw to win.
  • Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Charters, codeshare and interline partners exempt.
  • Taxes, fees, and surcharges not included. No cash value. Black out dates and restrictions do apply for the airfare. Parkinson Society British Columbia will cover taxes, fees, and surcharges.
  • The winner must book their own flight and pay all taxes, fees, and surcharges with their credit card. They then must submit to PSBC a breakdown of fees paid. PSBC will reimburse the winner with a mailed cheque for all taxes, fees, and surcharges.
  • The winner consents to the publication of their name and photograph without further notice or compensation in any publicity carried out by Parkinson Society British Columbia (PSBC).
